Bees, Beetles and Butterflies: An Introduction to Drawing Insects

Watching a butterfly visit a flower in your garden is inspiring, but how do you get close enough to accurately draw one? How do you count the stripes on a honeybee when it's buzzing busily around? The answer: by studying specimens up close. Join science illustrator Erin E. Hunter to learn about bees, beetles, and butterflies—and how to draw them. We'll learn about insect anatomy, techniques for drawing and painting them, and discuss the importance of pollinators in our garden and the wider environment. All skill levels welcome!
