10th Annual High School Model United Nations Conference
Returning to an In-Person Conference: October 29th, 2022
We can’t wait to see you again in Fall 2023!
2022 TOPICS & BACKGROUND GUIDES
The 10th Annual High School Model United Nations Conference will take place on October 29, 2022.
The theme will be centered around Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16: “Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, provide access to justice for all and build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels. Target is to significantly reduce all forms of violence and related death rates everywhere.” Student delegations at this year’s conference will explore this issue through three distinct lenses. It is our ultimate hope that all conference participants will feel empowered to make an impact in reducing inequalities, starting right here at home in Monterey County.
