STEM Conference & Career Fair For Girls in Grades 5-10

*This is a parent/guardian drop-off/pick-up event. All participants are chaperoned throughout the day.

Registration Instructions

STEP 1

Read through the Workshop Descriptions and rank your top 10 in order of preference. This year we have 15 unique workshops offered by many different workshop leaders including CSUMB, Moss Landing Marine Labs, UCSC, Hartnell College, MEarth, NPS, Save the Whales, Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Exploration Center, Western Flyer Foundation and Pacific Grove Museum of Natural History.

EYH 2025 Workshop Descriptions

STEP 2

Register for the event (you will be required to rank workshop selections). Registration closes on Nov 5th at 8:00am (or when event is full).

**Those registering from school sites or using school Wi-Fi may need to work with their IT departments on Wi-Fi security protocols, or use an alternate Wi-Fi source to connect to the registration form.**

STEP 3

Check your email for your registration confirmation! You will receive more details by email prior to the event (maps, registration information, etc).

STEP 4

Arrive at Hartnell College Main Campus, Building C between 8:15am - 9:00am on November 15, 2025 to check-in and receive workshop information.

STEP 5

Pick up at 3:00pm. There is NO aftercare for participants after 3:00pm.
