Thank you to our Major Grantors in the past 30 days….

Each year, over 10,000 students in Monterey County participate in Lyceum programs and academic events. From the arts, sciences, languages and technology, to the Monterey County History Day, Mock Trial and 4th/5th Grade Spelling Bee, our programs are structured to excite each child’s intellect and bolster their academic skills and self-confidence – that is, to inspire a love of learning that will last them a lifetime.

We are working hard to expand our hands-on, experiential offerings each year, and to reach children throughout Monterey County with enrichment programs.  The Lyceum’s role in our local education scene is clear to the children, parents and teachers who are utilizing them, however, we are only able to continue enriching our local children with the generous support of our grantors and donors..

At this time, we would like to thank the following Major Grantors for their support in the following programs in the past 30 days:

• AT&T Pebble Beach Charities (History Day), $14,000
• Harden Foundation (Arts Program), $10,000 (2nd half of matching grant)

Every gift is greatly appreciated. Your contributions are an essential part of each program and we simply could not get it all done without your efforts (time, money, and otherwise).

The Lyceum's mission is to inspire a life-long love of learning. We accomplish this by offering enrichment classes that aim to stimulate individual creativity, intellectual promise and academic motivation in children.  The Lyceum's uniquely diverse program enriches the daily lives of children.
